Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using UstaBakim ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Service ("terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

UstaBakim is an iOS app that lets small auto repair shops keep records of customers, vehicles, mileage, and maintenance. The service is offered with a free tier and paid subscriptions.

3. Account Types and Responsibilities

• Owner: creates the shop and is responsible for the subscription and all shop data.
• Staff: works within the permissions granted by the owner using an invite code.
• Customer: can only see their own vehicle history at the shop they're linked to via a reference code.

The owner is responsible for keeping their shop and business details accurate and up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• UstaBakim offers the following plans: Free (up to 2 customers), Basic (up to 25 customers), and Unlimited.
• Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds follow the App Store refund policy.
• Prices may vary by region and may be updated with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt to bypass subscription or permission systems
• Place excessive load on or interfere with our infrastructure
• Attempt unauthorized access to any other shop's data

6. Data Ownership

All data the shop enters into the app (customers, vehicles, service records, photos) belongs to the shop owner. We process this data only to provide the service and claim no ownership of it.

7. Intellectual Property

All design, code, branding, and the "UstaBakim" name belong to us. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app; you may not resell, copy, or create derivative works of it.

8. Service Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

UstaBakim is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or accuracy. You should keep your own backups; we will protect data within the app with reasonable care.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UstaBakim and its developers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost business, lost profits, or lost data) arising out of your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app, or by emailing help.ismaildemirci@gmail.com.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
